About the Practice:

Welcome to Valiant Mental Health! My name is Troy Whiteman, and this practice was started because of my passion for helping people grow and change. I work with individuals to identify and understand how thinking, core beliefs, and past experiences can impact life. Those same concepts are used to help identify specific strategies to create change and to commit to making those changes intentionally. I believe that you have the power to positively impact your life.

I have been fortunate to collaborate with other skilled and compassionate professionals. Recognizing  the diversity of mental health needs, I have teamed with these professionals to implement a combination of approaches to assist you in reaching personal growth goals. Art Therapy is provided by Jennifer Bethel through Primitive Soul Art Therapy. Massage Therapy is provided by Amy Whiteman through Iaomia Massage.  Other specialized services can be obtained through connections with local mental health providers.  In addition, medication management is offered through a referral process.
